They’re doing the victim awareness clothesline project at my school today and tomorrow. I decided to put a shirt up. I don’t know how it felt. Was I shaking just because I only had coffee or the experience, I don’t know. But being able to write down the words on the shirt and put it up, I felt a small sense of relief. And seeing everyone else’s story made me feel not alone, and that I could be understood.
